Power Plant Operator
Responsibilities
- Perform routine lubrication, cleaning, and rebuilding powerhouse instrument piping for steam, oil, water, air, and gas lines
- Record daily boiler logbook, record daily usage of steam, fuel oil and natural gas
- Monitor the campus building automation controls (STAEFA) that regulates heating and cooling
- Maintain high pressure boilers
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: Requires a High School Diploma or GED
- At least two years of experience in a power plant or similar environment
- Relevant safety training is required
Compensation
Compensation Will Be Negotiable Based Upon Education & Experience
