Responsibilities

Requirements
- Broad mechanical and electrical repair and maintenance abilities
- High Voltage / Low Voltage experience
- Capable of electrical repair and maintenance with minimal supervision – hands on exposure to working on power generation products (Intermediate)
- Advanced troubleshooting and repairs of generators, transfer switches, and auxiliary components
- Startup and repair of bypass transfer switch
- Mentor junior technicians including technical support and documentation
- Knowledge of Power Generation Equipment and ATS's (all makes & models applicable)
- Knowledge of Diesel & Nat Gas Engines, HHP Engine experience a plus
- Experienced Troubleshooter
- Previous Field Service Experience
- Computer Literate (QSOL, Insite, Inpower)
- Understanding of Cummins/Onan Warranty
- Decision Making (working alone)
- Valid/Current Drivers License
- NFPA70E certified a plus
- DOT A current valid license is required for this role
Qualifications
- 5+ yrs Working in the Industry
- Strong Customer Service Skills (working alone)
Skills
- Basic level field service work experience
- Intermediate level knowledge of and/or experience with power generation products
- High Voltage/ Low Voltage experience
- Customer service experience
