Power Equipment Shop Technician, Broussard LA

About the role

Full-time team members support field operations, including torque turn graph interpretation, thread inspections, laser tally pipe measurements, equipment preparation, maintenance, and field delivery on a 24/7 rotating schedule.

• Hands-on work using tools and operating a forklift
• Ensuring all work meets strict QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) standards
• Rotating 24-hour on-call schedule
• Shop and yard duties: routine maintenance, equipment preparation, job staging, delivering or picking up equipment per customer requirements

Responsibilities

• Interpret torque turn graphs
• Perform thread inspections
• Conduct laser tally pipe measurements
• Prepare and maintain equipment
• Operate a forklift
• Deliver or pick up equipment as required by customers
• Adhere strictly to company QHSE policies and procedures

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• At least one year of industry experience
• Strong communication skills
• Dependability in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to safety and precision
