Power Equipment Sales Operations Manager
About the role
Manage Aero demand planning serving as the primary point of contact for commercial and ITR teams.
Assist in the collection, validation, and analytics and communication of global sales data.
Ensure timely and accurate inputs for monthly operating reviews.
Partner with commercial teams to audit sales and order pipelines.
Proactively identify data inconsistencies and resolve gaps that impact pipeline analytics.
Contribute to periodic leadership reviews and communication packages.
Apply Lean thinking to identify legacy processes and process gaps and assist in the implementation of simplified solutions for Sales Operations.
Provide analytical support for leadership, including scenario planning and data deep-dives to support strategic decision-making.
Leverage AI-driven tools to enhance data analytics, automate reporting, and streamline communication.
Develop and document standard work procedures to ensure consistent, reliable, and easily understood business reporting.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, Finance or related discipline from an accredited college or university or equivalent years of experience.
- 5 years of demonstrated experience of Strategic Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Commercial Finance roles, in the power industry.

- Effective communication & presentation skills, including at the senior Executive level.
- Ability to drive process simplification and influence others.
- Demonstrated ability to creatively solve problems, develop new tactics and address implementation obstacles.
- Ability to anticipate and respond to changing conditions & potentially ambiguous environments, setting appropriate strategy.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office (eg. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Salesforce and BI Power.
- Experience with P&L / Financial analytical skills and deep understanding of metrics.

Pay
The pay range for this position is between $108,600.00 and $181,000.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
