About the role
We are seeking a Power Electronics Engineer responsible for application, qualification, and integration of power electronic devices in HVAC systems.
Responsibilities
- Qualifying VFDs
- Applying variable speed drives to compressors and fans
- Interfacing controls
- Optimizing cooling
- Analyzing motor-drive compatibility
- Writing specifications
- Conducting testing
- Supporting lifecycle issues both in factory and field
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or Technology is essential.
- A basic understanding of electrical circuits, systems integration, and motor-drive interactions.
- An advantage of having HVAC knowledge.

- Collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Occasional travel may be required
