We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About Us? Actually we need to use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. The posting includes "About Us" (company description) and "Overview". We need to decide which sections to include based on content. The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we should use those headings only if there is real specific content. We have content: About Us (company description) could map to "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is about the position, not company. But we have "Overview" describing the internship. Could map to "About the role". Also we have "Responsibilities". We have "Qualifications" (including minimum and preferred). We have "Skills" maybe from qualifications (communication, technical, etc). We have "Benefits" (some statement). We have "Pay" (salary range). We have "Schedule" (duration June-August 2027 full-time). Also maybe "About Us" could be omitted as not required heading; but we could include as a paragraph under About the role? The instruction says do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. It didn't forbid a company description heading; but they gave examples of headings. Probably we should include sections that have content: About the role (overview), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills (maybe combine with qualifications?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". The posting includes "Compensation will vary based upon experience..." which is vague but we still have a salary range. So we can include Pay with the range. Benefits: they say "TRC ensures that interns/trainees receive benefits in accordance with the laws of their state or country of residence." That's somewhat generic but still specific enough? It's a statement; we can include Benefits section with that sentence. Schedule: "Anticipated duration will be from June through August 2027 (flexible)." That's schedule. Also "This is a paid full-time position." So schedule includes full-time, summer. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So responsibilities list should be
      . Qualifications list also
. Skills maybe also list. Benefits list maybe just a paragraph? It says use
        • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Benefits is a list? There's only one sentence; we could still make a
            with one
          • . But better to keep as

if not a list? The instruction: "Use

            • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose." So if benefits is not a list (just a statement), we can use

. Similarly for Pay and Schedule maybe prose. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, disclaimers, application instructions, etc. Remove those. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include company overview? The "About Us" paragraph is substantive about the firm. Should we include it? Possibly under "About the role" or as a separate section like "About the company". But the instruction only gave examples of headings; we could still add a heading like "About the company" if we want, but they said use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but they said "use

for section headings (e.g ...)". Likely they expect us to use those headings only. So we should map company description to "About the role"? Might be odd but we can include it as a paragraph under About the role heading. The overview also describes the internship. So combine. Thus:

Overview: TRC is seeking highly motivated and diverse Power Distribution Intern for our Summer 2027 intern program out of our Raleigh, NC Office. This is a paid full-time position. Anticipated duration will be from June through August 2027 (flexible). This position has the potential to transition into a Full-Time role upon graduation. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of Project Managers and Team Leaders and partner with engineers, scientists, and technologists.

              Then Responsibilities:

              Responsibilities

              • Support various project tasks including regulatory requirements/reviews, cost estimates, research, procurement support, etc.
              • Perform data entry, data management, data evaluation, and data presentation.
              • Support the preparation of reports, plans and specifications for client.
              • May work on field assignments as needed.
              • Assist in auditing, field surveying, inspections, structural analysis and partial design.
              • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as necessary.
Qualifications: we have minimum qualifications and preferred qualifications. Could combine into Qualifications section with sublists? But we can just list all qualifications as items.

              Qualifications

              • Must be at least 21 years old.
              • Pursuing Bachelor or Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field
              • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
              • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
              • Possesses solid technical and problem-solving skills.
              • Self-motivated, detail orientated person.
              • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
              • Honest, fun, hard-working and ready to learn and grow.
              • Experience with engineering software applications (AutoCad, MathCad, ESRI, HydroCad, WaterCad, ARCView GIS, etc.) is preferred but not required.
              • Applicants for this intern role must possess a clean driving record.
Skills: Could be extracted from qualifications but we already have communication, technical, problem-solving, Microsoft Office proficiency. Might be redundant. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we omit Skills section and keep qualifications only. But we need to include Skills if there is specific content. There is some skill info but it's already in qualifications. Could still create Skills section listing: excellent verbal and written communication skills, solid technical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with engineering software applications (preferred). But that duplicates. Better to omit Skills to avoid thin sections. Benefits: we have statement.
