Key Responsibilities
- Foster company culture and manage relationships both internally and externally.
- Oversee project status reports, invoicing, accounts receivable, and unbilled items for each project.
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure project success.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the project team.
- Maintain schedules, lead project status meetings, manage budgets, and actively participate in proposal development and client interactions.
Skills and Qualifications
- Familiarity with regional utility companies (i.e. Duquesne).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
- Proven project management expertise, including CPM scheduling, budget oversight, team leadership, proposal development, client engagement, and project presentations.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering management, construction management, or a related field, or 10+ years of relevant professional experience in the electric power and communications sector.
- 10+ years of industry experience, with at least 5 years in project management.
- Experience managing small to medium-scale projects or leading engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of project management tools and processes.
- General knowledge of transmission systems.
