Power Coating Operator

About the role

We are looking for skilled individuals who can contribute to our mission of providing top-notch propane tank refurbishing services in Crossville, TN as a Powder Coater.

Responsibilities

• Apply powder coatings to propane tanks with precision and attention to detail.
• Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sandblasting, and masking as required.
• Operate and maintain powder coating equipment and tools.
• Ensure proper curing and drying of coatings for a flawless finish.
• Conduct quality checks to meet the highest standards of our customers.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Prior experience in powder coating is preferred but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic.
• Familiarity with powder coating equipment and materials is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Strong commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
• Reliable transportation to and from our facility in Crossville, TN.

Pay

$15-$17/hour, with competitive starting wage of $17 per hour and potential for growth and advancement.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Overtime opportunities available with double-time pay.
