What You'll Do:
- Apply powder coating to metal parts using spray equipment
- Load and unload components on the powder coating line
- Ensure proper coverage, finish quality, and color consistency
- Prepare parts for coating, including masking and handling materials
- Inspect finished parts to meet quality and appearance standards
- Maintain equipment and keep the work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety and environmental procedures
What We're Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing a quality finish
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
- Experience in powder coating, painting, or manufacturing preferred (we will train the right candidate)
- Able to lift and handle parts throughout the shift
