Powder Coater

Location: Fenton, MI Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hour, based on experience Schedule: Mon - Friday 6am - 2:30pm - needs to be flexible as the job can range from 8 - 10 hrs. per day Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire We are looking for a dependable Powder Coater to join our team in Fenton. The ideal candidate will have powder coating experience and take pride in producing quality work. Responsibilities Prepare metal parts for powder coating, including cleaning, masking, and hanging partsOperate powder coating equipment and spray gunsApply powder coating evenly according to specificationsInspect finished parts for quality, coverage, and consistencyLoad and unload parts from racks and production equipmentMaintain a clean and organized work areaPerform basic cleaning and maintenance of powder coating equipmentFollow all safety and quality proceduresMeet daily production and quality expectations Requirements Qualifications Must have a valid driver's licensePrevious powder coating experience preferredExperience operating powder coating spray equipmentStrong attention to detailAbility to follow work instructions and quality standardsAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to lift and move parts as neededReliable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to work independently and as part of a team Benefits This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.
