Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Responsible for quality of product before final shipment
• Continuous improvement in support of department and company goals
• Supports, participates and encourages team building
• Provides feedback, both positive and negative, to the team, other related departments and the supervisor

• Follows all of Porter Corp’s procedures and policies
• Works safely and efficiently
• Stays customer focused
• Performs other duties as assigned

Education And/or Experience

• This position requires a knowledge of product packaging methods to ensure safe and secure shipments to meet customer requirements
• Work requires a high school diploma or equivalent

Computer Skills

• Demonstrated proficiency using EPICOR ERP or similar systems

• Must be open-minded to new ideas and concepts
• Possesses very good problem-solving skills
• Must be self-motivated and results oriented

• Safe and efficient Packaging of finished goods to minimize damage
