Responsible For
- Paint fabricated metal parts of different shapes and sizes
- Perform quality inspections of work performed
- Prepare and monitor surface treatment
- Perform preventative maintenance on sprayers and personal protective equipment
Essential Functions
- Inspect incoming parts
- Rack and/or hang parts
- Ensure proper application of powder coat technique and product quality
- Machine set up and operations
- Adjust equipment to ensure correct paint application paths and material application thicknesses
- Inspect completed parts
- Wrap completed parts when necessary
- Perform daily preventative maintenance, to include the cleaning of paint booths, spray guns and lines, etc.
- Maintain clean and organized work area
Qualifications
- High School/GED equivalent
- 1-year experience with hand spray and powder paint operation preferred but not required
- Reliable, dependable and on-time to work
- Strong attention to detail
- Work in a safe manner
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Self-Starter, ability to work with little supervision
- Dependable transportation
- Teamwork environment
Work Environment
- Manufacturing warehouse facility
- Exposure to dust, heat, airborne particles
- Safety and PPE is required

Pay Range
$17.28 - $25.91
