Your Impact
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Prepare and coat metal parts to achieve full, even coverage using established processes
Select correct parts based on shop reports and production instructions
Operate and maintain powder coat painting equipment
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
Collaborate with team members to support efficient workflow and production goals
Perform additional duties as needed to support other departments

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial painting or a related field preferred, powder coat experience a plus
• Working knowledge of materials handling and basic mechanical concepts
• Familiarity with different paint types, finishes, and coating techniques
• Experience with powder coating equipment preferred but not required
• Able to read and understand work orders and production instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable team player with clear communication skills
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
