Responsibilities

• Washes/runs all dirty equipment (pots, pans, plates, and cookware) through the dishwashing machine.
• Stacks and sorts clean equipment according to company specifications and moves all washed articles into the respective areas.
• Cleans drains and machines at the end of shift and sanitizes work area as needed.
• Complies with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the Standard Sanitation Operational Procedures.
• Reports problems with the food safety management system to their supervisor and the hygiene and food safety team.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

• Able to manage a substantial workload.
• Proactivity and self-organization.
• Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
• Able to complete assigned tasks within given time to meet strict deadlines.
• Flexibility to work different shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) based on business needs.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, pull, or push as needed.
