Responsibilities
- Professionally and personably engage with customers, showcasing passion for design and the company's products and services.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the design studio assortment and seasonal merchandise.
- Provide decorating and styling techniques to shoppers.
- Capture appointment leads for design services and conduct design consultations.
- Craft and present design plans tailored to clients' style, budget, and priorities.
- Maintain communication with clients throughout ordering and delivery.
- Follow up with clients for phase appointments, seasonal updates, and referrals.
- Provide support with online returns, product information, credit applications, and more to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Efficiently handle register transactions, online orders, and online returns.
- Assist with visual merchandising and perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Meet sales per hour, loyalty, and appointment goals, along with other metric objectives to contribute to store success.
- Work both independently and as a team member to exceed customer expectations and support peers.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
