Potato Warehouse Operator

Responsibilities

• Load and unload potatoes in on-site storages according to company SOPs, reporting any unforeseen issues to Management.
• Maintain all outside equipment and warehouses.
• Sanitize and set up lines in warehouses before and during fall harvest.
• Oversee the integrity of raw quality at harvest and throughout the storage season.
• Inform the Senior Raw Supervisor of daily issues relating to the raw product.
• Aid in the training of new employees in the use of storage equipment and delivery methods.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and assist other personnel in maintaining similar conditions.
• Ensure the plant is always tour-ready.
• Attend and participate in meetings, training, and continuing education programs as deemed appropriate by management.

Qualifications

• Lift 25 lbs.
• No outdoor conditions required.
