About the role

Western is seeking a Staff member to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support in various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming emails and phone calls in a timely manner
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for meetings and events
  • Manage and update internal databases and records
  • Assist with procurement and inventory management
  • Support the team with other administrative duties as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar administrative role preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong time management and organizational skills

Pay

The salary range for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 annually.
