Postdoctoral Researcher – Genomics and Variant Analysis

About the role

Contribute to NIH-funded research on nanopore DNA and RNA sequencing for variant calling and molecular diagnostics in pediatric cancer. Develop novel informatics tools for multi-scale variant calling and data integration.

Requirements

• Expertise in computational genomics and bioinformatics
• Experience with long-read sequencing technologies, particularly nanopore sequencing
• Strong programming skills and knowledge of genomic data analysis
