Postdoctoral Research Fellow in BioMedicine Design

Role Overview: We seek a Ph.D.-level scientist to join the Biotherapeutics Discovery group as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow. Key Responsibilities: Design and produce constructs to understand biology and mechanisms of actionDevelop and utilize cell-based assays for hypothesis testing and molecule screeningConduct literature research to inform experimental hypothesesGenerate, analyze, and communicate results regularlyContribute to developing innovative approaches for therapeutic discovery and optimization Qualifications & Skills: PhD in cell, molecular biology, immunology, biochemistry, or related fieldsExperience with molecular cloning, protein expression/purification, cell culture, transfection, flow cytometry, and cellular assaysAt least one first-author publication in reputable journalsStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication abilitiesWillingness to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: Experience with antibody discovery, protein engineering, display technologies, or T cell engagers
