We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; can fold minor metadata into short p or drop. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "This position will remain open..." etc. Also remove "We accept Word..." etc. Also remove "ORNL is an equal opportunity employer..." etc. Also remove "Special Requirements: Visa sponsorship is not available..." maybe that is a requirement? It's a special requirement; we could include under Requirements or Qualifications? It's a requirement: Visa sponsorship not available, pre-hire physical, export control access. We should preserve substantive info. So include that under Requirements or Qualifications. We need to decide sections: About the role (overview), Responsibilities (Major Duties/Responsibilities), Requirements (Basic Qualifications?), Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications?), Skills (maybe combine expertise?), Benefits (benefits listed), Pay (not mentioned, so omit), Schedule (not mentioned, omit). Also maybe include "About ORNL" as part of About the role? Could be separate but we only include sections with real content. The overview includes description of role and group. So About the role can contain that overview. Responsibilities: list of duties. Requirements: Basic Qualifications (PhD, expertise). Could also include special requirements (visa, physical, export control). We'll put those under Requirements. Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications. Skills: maybe list of specific skills from preferred qualifications? Could combine but we can have Skills section summarizing technical skills: expertise in optical fiber communications or sensing, proficiency in Multiphysics modeling, experience with high pressure systems, data acquisition, signal processing, benchtop instrumentation, collaboration with DOE labs, communication skills, self-starter, etc. But we must not invent; we can list them as bullet points from the posting. That's okay. Benefits: list of benefits from ORNL section. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include duplicated lines. We must output only HTML fragment, no html/body tags, no markdown. Let's craft:

About the role

We are seeking a Postdoctoral Research Associate who will focus on using optical fibers for measuring property evolution, dimensional changes, and corrosion in harsh, high temperature, nuclear environments. This position resides in the Nuclear and Extreme Environment Measurement (NEEM) Group in the Nuclear Energy and Fuel Cycle Division, Fusion and Fission Energy and Science Directorate at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL). The NEEM Group focuses on pushing the limitations of materials, sensors, and experiments through technology development, advanced instrumentation, irradiation experiments, and rapid design/fabrication. We omitted Pay and Schedule as not present. Check that we didn't include boilerplate like "ORNL offers competitive pay and benefits programs..." we captured benefits but not that sentence. We included medical and retirement plans etc. The sentence "ORNL offers competitive pay and benefits programs to attract and retain individuals who demonstrate exceptional work behaviors." is generic; we omitted. We also omitted "As a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Science national laboratory, ORNL has an impressive 80-year legacy..." that's part of About ORNL; we didn't include a separate About ORNL section; we could incorporate some of that into About the role? The overview already includes ORNL description; we could add a sentence about ORNL legacy but it's not in the overview. The overview didn't include that; it's in the "About ORNL" paragraph. Should we include that? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should include that information somewhere. It's substantive about ORNL. Could be part of About the role or a separate section like "About ORNL". Since we have About the role section, we could append that info there. However the instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It suggests we can use those headings but not required to use exactly those; we can also use other headings if needed? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies those are examples; we can use other headings if needed but better to stick to those. The "About ORNL" info could be placed under About the role as additional paragraph. Thus we should add a paragraph after the overview about ORNL legacy, team size, mission, etc. Let's incorporate. Update About the role paragraph(s) to include that. We'll have maybe two

under About the role: first the overview, second the ORNL description. Let's craft:

Now we have preserved that. Check for any other substantive info: "This position will remain open for a minimum of 5 days after which it will close when a qualified candidate is identified and/or hired." That's administrative; maybe we can drop as it's not substantive about role. The instruction: remove duplicated lines, application instructions. This is more like posting duration; could be considered boilerplate. Likely safe to drop. Also "We accept Word (.doc, .docx), Adobe (unsecured .pdf), Rich Text Format (.rtf), and HTML (.htm, .html) up to 5MB in size. Resumes from third party vendors will not be accepted; these resumes will be deleted and the candidates submitted will not be considered
