Postdoctoral Research Associate – Health and Human Performance Lab – Dietrich College

Core Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day trial operations
  • Participant recruitment and retention
  • Regulatory compliance (IRB, ClinicalTrials.gov)
  • Supervising research staff and student research assistants
  • Data management and statistical analysis
  • First-authored publications and conference presentations
  • Support for independent research development and grant writing

Requirements

  • PhD (completed by start date) in psychology, neuroscience, public health, or a related field
  • Experience running human subjects research, ideally clinical trials and/or digital health interventions
  • Strong quantitative skills (e.g., R, multilevel modeling) preferred

Qualifications

  • A combination of education and relevant experience from which comparable knowledge is demonstrated may be considered

This is a full-time (37.5 of hours), exempt position based in Pittsburgh, PA. Fixed Term: This is a fixed-term position with an estimated duration of 12 months. Funding: This is a grant-funded position.
