About the role
Real Talk Clinical Psychology is a doctoral-level clinic in Houston offering depth-oriented psychotherapy across a range of approaches, with a particular emphasis on psychoanalytic work. The fellowship is a one-year, full-time position for clinicians seeking a year of rigorous clinical formation. Fellows learn to formulate cases, assess risk, and understand progress as structural change. The program is not accredited by the APA and is not currently a member of APPIC; its application for APPIC membership is pending review.
