About the role

As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for providing specialized technical support to our clients. This includes troubleshooting complex software issues, implementing new technologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access tools
• Diagnose and resolve complex software issues
• Implement new technologies and integrate them into existing systems
• Collaborate with project managers and developers to ensure successful project outcomes
• Document procedures and best practices for future reference

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in IT support or similar role
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and tools (e.g., Python, Java, SQL)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
