• Design, lead, and grow a comprehensive youth development program within one of the nation’s premier land-grant university systems.
• Drive strategic fundraising initiatives to support the 4-H Extension Agent Campaign.
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with donors, stakeholders, and community partners.
