Postdoctoral Associate (Empire AI Fellow)

Overview

The Empire AI Fellows Program and the Foundational AI Fellows Program at Cornell Tech (NYC) and Bowers College of Computing (Ithaca) support transformative and foundational AI research respectively. The programs aim to foster next-generation AI technologies through collaborative research.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct independent AI research under guidance of Cornell faculty mentor
• Contribute to foundational and applied research in AI/ML
• Participate in a collaborative research community across Cornell campuses

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. or equivalent by the start of the fellowship
• Demonstrated potential for transformative AI research
• Ability to work on-site with faculty mentor
