We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEO, NNSA, etc. Also remove application instructions? The instruction says remove application instructions. The posting includes "Please Submit The Following With Your Application ..." that's application instructions, so remove that. Also remove "Posting Duration", "Security Clearance" maybe not needed unless it's part of Qualifications? It mentions security clearance requirement; that is part of Qualifications (must obtain and maintain DOE Q security clearance). So we can include that under Qualifications or Requirements. We need to preserve all substantive info. We need sections: About the role? There's "What Your Job Will Be Like" which describes duties. Could map to Responsibilities. Also "About Sandia" is about the organization, could be About the role? Actually "About Sandia" is about the lab, not role. Could be "About the role" maybe not needed. But we need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content for Responsibilities (duties list). We have Qualifications (required and desired). We have Skills (maybe part of Qualifications). We have Benefits (mention flexible work arrangements, vacation, medical, 401k, relocation assistance). Also Pay? Not mentioned. Schedule? Not mentioned (flexible work arrangements mention 9/80 and 4/10 compressed workweeks, part-time, telecommuting). That could be Schedule. So we can include Schedule section with those details. We also have About Sandia description; could be About the role? Actually "About Sandia" is about the employer. Could be a section "About Sandia" but not in allowed headings list. Allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could put About Sandia under About the role? Might be okay. Or we could omit About Sandia if not fitting. But we need to preserve all substantive information; we could include it under About the role as a paragraph describing the employer. That seems acceptable. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive info: Let's extract. From posting: - Bidder Eligibility: details about postdoc position term up to one year renewable up to five additional years. PhD must have been conferred within five years prior to employment. Individuals may bid on regular Sandia positions as internal candidates, may be converted to regular career positions during term if warranted... Employees excluding student interns must remain in current position for one year from hire date before bidding on a new job. However hiring manager may obtain approval to consider candidate before one-year requirement via review process. Approval must be secured prior to being interviewed. This approval will not supersede collective bargaining agreements. Refer to collective bargaining labor agreements for eligibility requirements for represented bidders. That's eligibility info; could be part of Requirements? Might be considered Requirements (eligibility). We'll include under Requirements. - About Sandia: description of lab, reasons we love our jobs, list of benefits (challenging work, co-workers, tools, career advancement, flexible work arrangements, generous vacation, strong medical and other benefits, competitive 401k, learning opportunities, relocation assistance, amenities). Also "These benefits vary by job classification." We'll capture benefits. - What Your Job Will Be Like: description of duties: synthesize MOFs, zeolites, other nanoporous materials; perform post synthetic modifications and test gas adsorption and selectivity; perform materials characterization (list); analyze data; work in multidisciplinary team; present findings; prepare and publish research; due to nature of work, selected applicant must be able to work onsite; relocation assistance will be provided for those that qualify. - Qualifications We Require: Ph.D. in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or closely related field conferred within five years prior to employment; strong track record of scientific/technical achievements via publication; research experience in synthesizing and characterizing nanoporous materials; ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q security clearance. - Qualifications We Desire: demonstrated track record of initiating or leading small research projects or work packages, planning experiments, delivering results with minimal supervision; ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues from diverse technical backgrounds across multiple organizations; experience contributing to multiple concurrent research programs or cross-project collaborations; willingness to work under PI mentorship and to mentor students or junior colleagues as appropriate; strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to prepare technical reports and present results; advanced experience in nanoporous materials synthesis (emphasis on MOFs), including familiarity with post synthetic modification and gas adsorption studies, and experience studying host guest interactions; experience utilizing MOFs in sensor development; advanced materials characterization skills (list) and familiarity with glove boxes; publication record in high impact journals or multiple first-author papers is a plus; demonstrated commitment to laboratory safety and safe work practices; creative problem solving and effective time management skills. - About Our Team: description of team, Dr. Tina M. Nenoff, etc. Could be part of About the role or separate. We'll include under About the role maybe as a paragraph. - Posting Duration: not needed. - Security Clearance: already covered in qualifications. - EEO etc: remove. - NNSA Requirements: remove. Now we need to decide sections. Possible sections: - About the role: include About Sandia description and About Our Team maybe. - Responsibilities: list of duties from "What Your Job Will Be Like". - Requirements: eligibility (Bidder Eligibility) plus maybe PhD requirement? Actually PhD requirement is under Qualifications We Require. Could be under Requirements or Qualifications. The allowed headings include Requirements and Qualifications. We need to decide what goes where. Typically Requirements are mandatory; Qualifications are desired. But we have both Required and Desired. We could put Required under Requirements, Desired under Qualifications. Or we could combine all under Qualifications. But we have both headings allowed; better to split: Requirements = mandatory (PhD within 5 years, research experience, ability to obtain DOE Q clearance, plus eligibility constraints like term, internal bidding, one-year rule?). Qualifications = desired (track record, leadership, etc). Skills could be separate but we might incorporate skills into Qualifications. However we have a Skills heading allowed; we could put specific skills like synthesis, characterization, etc under Skills. But we already have those in Qualifications We Desire and also some in Required (research experience). Might be redundant. Given instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we should not create many thin sections. Maybe we combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section? But we have both headings allowed; we could use Requirements for mandatory, Qualifications for desired, and maybe skip Skills if content overlaps. Benefits: we have flexible work arrangements, vacation, medical, 401k, learning opportunities, relocation assistance, amenities. Schedule: we have flexible work arrangements (9/80, 4/10, part-time, telecommuting). That could be Schedule. Pay: not mentioned, so omit. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Schedule. Now we need to format. We'll produce:
