The role of Post Sales Engineer is crucial in supporting the sales team by providing technical guidance and solutions to customers. This individual will play a key part in enhancing customer satisfaction and closing deals.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers post-sales to ensure product satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Document and share best practices and case studies related to the products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role or in a technical support role.
- Strong understanding of networking technologies and software systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Pay
$80,000 - $100,000 annually.
