Post Repossession Admin - Remote
About the role
We are a leader in the Repossession industry and are seeking a detail-oriented, driven Post Repossession Admin to join our team. This position involves administrating over acceptance of assignments from clients/lenders, processing the assignments, processing the completion of services, and releasing lender assets upon execution of service. The position also involves managing a high call volume, working within multiple systems, utilizing client/lender databases, executing specific lender requirements, managing a high multi-tasking environment, handling escalations, and maintaining excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Administer over acceptance of assignments from clients/lenders
- Process assignments and completion of services
- Release lender assets upon execution of service
- Manage high call volume
- Work within multiple systems
- Utilize client/lender databases to execute specific lender requirements
- Manage a high multi-tasking environment
- Handle escalations
- Maintain excellent customer service skills
- Process release of vehicles and track auction pick-ups
- Follow through and own work to completion
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
- Experience in the Repossession industry preferred
- Microsoft Office and Google Suite product experience
- 40 wpm minimum typing speed
- Experience working in a remote environment preferred
Qualifications
- Highly Preferred: 1 year of experience in the Repossession industry

- Target Base Salary Range: $41,600 to $43,680 USD

Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. No benefits are provided for this position.
Schedule
This position is a remote position and candidates can be located anywhere in the US. It is preferred that candidates have previously worked in a remote environment.
