About the job

We are looking for Post-Production Technicians to support the final steps of our production process. This position is hands-on and detail focused. A typical day may include visually inspecting product units, operating labeling equipment, preparing orders for shipment, completing batch or shipping documentation, moving product between pharmacy and warehouse areas, and keeping work areas clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect product units before labeling and document defects, rejects, counts, and line clearance activities as needed.
  • Set up, operate, and clean labeling equipment for different product formats.
  • Label, package, stage, and prepare finished products according to SOPs, batch records, and quality requirements.
  • Select the correct products, boxes, coolers, packing materials, packing slips, and shipping labels to fulfill orders accurately.
  • Handle shipping activities, including controlled substance shipments, in line with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Move, stage, scan, palletize, and coordinate product transfers between pharmacy, warehouse, and shipping areas.
  • Complete required documentation clearly and accurately, including batch records, label reconciliation, shipping records, and post-production forms.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, safe, and inspection-ready.
  • Support team workflow by communicating issues, helping resolve obstacles, and assisting with other post-production tasks as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience in post-production, fulfillment, labeling, logistics, warehouse, pharmacy production, or regulated manufacturing preferred.
  • Experience with GMP, GDP, batch documentation, label reconciliation, ERP systems such as AX, and Microsoft is helpful.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to catch defects, documentation errors, and order mismatches.
  • Ability to work well with others, take initiative, ask questions, and adjust quickly when priorities change.
  • Clear English communication skills to read procedures, complete records, and work with trainers, leads, supervisors, and cross-functional partners.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, use good hand-eye coordination, and pass a vision test if assigned to visual inspection duties.

Working Conditions

  • This position requires standing for extended periods of time, including the majority of the shift.
  • Walking, kneeling, and bending are required occasionally.
  • Pushing and pulling carts loaded with totes of product.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move totes of product weighing over 40 pounds.
  • Team lifting is strongly encouraged.
  • The employee will be required to read small print.
  • Moderate to high noise levels from machinery and surrounding personnel.
  • Use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
  • In some positions, the ability to pass a vision test may be necessary.
