AnalystFull-time

We are seeking a Postdoctoral Fellow to join our research program investigating the mechanisms underlying tumor heterogeneity and plasticity in melanoma. The goal is to identify novel treatment strategies for melanoma patients by targeting pathway dependencies and vulnerabilities in drug-tolerant persister cells to prevent metastasis and improve treatment options.

About the role

Additional research interests include:

  • Characterizing alterations in the extracellular matrix during the establishment of drug tolerance.
  • Investigating therapies that mediate changes within the tumor immune microenvironment to improve response to immunotherapies.

Understanding alterations in the tumor microenvironment could lead to the identification of novel therapeutic approaches for melanoma treatment. Our research spans fundamental molecular mechanisms to clinical applications, utilizing molecular and cellular biology, 3D cell culture, flow cytometry, omics studies, and mouse models.

Requirements

  • PhD or equivalent.
