Post Doctoral Psychologist (PhD, PsyD)

About the role

As the fastest growing behavioral health practice group in the country, LifeStance Health is actively looking to hire talented Clinical Psychologists. Psychologists will be a critical part of our clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for patients
• Counsel and treat patients with a range of mental health conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment strategies
• Conduct research and contribute to the development of new evidence-based practices
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care

Requirements

• Must be fully licensed in Tennessee, including a Ph.D. or Psy.D.
• Experience with caring for children, adolescents, and/or adult populations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Psychology
• Current licensure in Tennessee
• Experience in clinical settings
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Pay

Compensation is 'above market' and includes unlimited/uncapped earnings.
