Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in assessment or research
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Experience with psychometric principles and test development
- Knowledge of educational measurement and evaluation techniques
- Understanding of data collection and management best practices
Skills
- Proficiency in SPSS, R, or Python
- Experience with survey design and administration
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
