About the role

Post-Doctoral Fellow at Oklahoma State University (OSU) in Stillwater, Oklahoma, seeking applications for a Post-Doctoral Researcher in Power and Energy Systems with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML). Responsibilities

• Conduct independent research in power and energy systems, control, AI/ML, and data-driven intelligence.
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment with academic and industry partners.
• Contribute to NASA and DOE-funded projects focused on power grid modernization, AI-enabled operations, and grid resilience.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline (candidates who have successfully defended their Ph.D. dissertation and are awaiting formal degree conferral are also eligible).
• Strong background in power and energy systems.
• Hands‑on experience in control and AI/ML applications.
• Demonstrated record of high‑quality publications.
• Ability to conduct independent research and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment.
