Harmony United Psychiatric Care is part of Harmony United Healthcare LLC, a network of outpatient mental health clinics providing comprehensive, full-service mental health care in Florida through in-person and secure telehealth visits. Our services include psychiatric/psychological evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy, counseling, and neuropsychological testing for adults, adolescents, and children aged five and above.

About the role

We are seeking a Post Doctoral Clinical Psychologist to join our team as an Independent Contractor in The Villages, FL. This role involves providing psychological assessments, diagnosis, therapeutic interventions, and neuropsychological testing services to patients with diverse mental health conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological assessments, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions for patients with a variety of mental health conditions.
• Deliver different modalities of psychotherapy and counseling services.
• Provide neuropsychological and neurocognitive testing services (optional).
• Option to specialize in psychotherapy & counseling only, neuropsychological testing only, or a combination of both services.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers.
• Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families about mental health conditions, neuropsychological findings, and therapeutic strategies.
• Document services rendered in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Stay current with advancements in psychology and neuropsychology through continuing education and professional development.
• Work under the supervision of a fully licensed psychologist.

Qualifications

• Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology (Ph.D., Psy.D.).
• Experience in conducting Neurocognitive and Neuropsychological Testing is preferred.
• No license is required for the candidate.
• Work experience in an outpatient setting preferred.

Pay

$45 - $55 per billable hour.

Schedule

• As an Independent Contractor, you determine your working hours.
• Offices open Monday - Thursday for in-person and telehealth appointments.
• Availability to work via telemedicine Friday-Sunday.
• Option to work 50% telemedicine from the beginning of employment.
