Responsibilities
Conduct research on evolutionary medicine and human behavior.
Design and implement lab or field research programs, including accessible training protocols.
Utilize human biological lab-based methodologies such as human energetics, anthropometry, and biological markers.
Perform quantitative analysis of complex datasets.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary research teams and contribute to publications (in press or near-submission acceptable).
Present research findings at conferences and contribute to scientific publications.
Minimum Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Anthropology, Biology, Demography, Statistics, or a related field (or expected by May 2026).
- Demonstrated expertise in at least one of the following areas:
- Accessible lab or field-work design and training
- Human biological lab-based methodologies
- Quantitative data analysis
- Evidence of collaborative research publications or manuscripts in preparation/submission.
Required Skills & Abilities
- Strong theoretical and methodological background in human evolutionary biology and behavior.
- Proficiency in laboratory, field, or computational research techniques.
- Excellent analytical, scientific writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in interdisciplinary research teams.

- Starting salary: $63,968 (final offer based on qualifications, experience, and available funding).
