Job Overview
The University of Cincinnati is seeking a Postdoctoral Research Fellow to support a Federal Transit Administration (FTA)-funded research program focused on Advanced Digital Construction Management Systems (ADCMS) for transit infrastructure projects.
Essential Functions
- Collaborating with transit agencies and industry partners
- Conducting research and data analysis
- Developing performance metrics and dashboards
- Preparing technical reports and publications
- S supporting workforce development and technology adoption initiatives
Minimum Requirements
- Ph.D. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: BIM, digital twins, construction technology, AI, data analytics, project controls, infrastructure systems, or digital project delivery
- Strong communication and research skills
