Post Doc Fellow, Digital Construction & Transit Infrastructure

Job Overview

The University of Cincinnati is seeking a Postdoctoral Research Fellow to support a Federal Transit Administration (FTA)-funded research program focused on Advanced Digital Construction Management Systems (ADCMS) for transit infrastructure projects.

Essential Functions

• Collaborating with transit agencies and industry partners
• Conducting research and data analysis
• Developing performance metrics and dashboards
• Preparing technical reports and publications
• S supporting workforce development and technology adoption initiatives

Minimum Requirements

• Ph.D. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: BIM, digital twins, construction technology, AI, data analytics, project controls, infrastructure systems, or digital project delivery
• Strong communication and research skills
