About the role

The Leasing and Service Professional, Level 2 performs the full leasing cycle for the community, including prospect conversion, lease execution, renewal support, and resident retention efforts. Responsibilities

• Manage prospect traffic from inquiry to signed lease
• Conduct tours and demonstrate apartment/community value
• Coordinate leasing, renewals, and resident retention activities
• Maintain accurate traffic, availability, lead, and application records
• Support marketing and outreach efforts
• Maintain model and tour readiness standards
• Provide courteous service to residents, prospects, and vendors
• Support occupancy and revenue goals through disciplined follow-up
