Post-Concrete Work General Cleanup and Debris Removal

About the role

This sub-job ensures the overall cleanliness of the site after all concrete floor work is completed, removing general construction debris and ensuring the area is ready for subsequent trades or owner inspection.

Responsibilities

• Sweeping, vacuuming, and general cleaning of all 3600 sq ft floor areas and immediately adjacent spaces impacted by the concrete work.
• Collection and proper disposal of all non-hazardous construction debris, including empty material containers, protective coverings, and general dust accumulated beyond the specialized dust control of the polishing contractor.
• Final wipe-down of surfaces as needed.

Exclusions

• Hazardous waste disposal.
• Specialized industrial cleaning or deep cleaning for move-in readiness.
• Cleaning of dust generated during specific polishing/grinding operations (covered by Polishing contractor).
