Post Closing Specialist - Recording

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for reviewing and determining the accuracy of all files that are sent to the SOU - Recording team for recording
• Sending final escrow documents to Lender
• Sending recorded documents to the client and the lender
• Preparing and building a manifest for document storage
• Participates in learning and development activities to expand knowledge base
• Supports the OSN Markets as applicable
• Other related duties as assigned or requested.

QUALIFICATIONS

• BA/BS from an accredited institution preferred
• Experience working in a high-touch customer service environment
• Experience in the closing/legal industry reviewing a variety of real estate documents
• Ability to Accommodate the hours of 10am-6pm, Monday through Friday

PAYMENTS AND SCHEDULE

• Compensation will commensurate with experience
