We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to parse the job posting. Content: - Intro: "Why USAA? ..." includes mission, core values, etc. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About USAA". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use "About the role" for the mission/intro. - Then "The Opportunity Job Profile Summary Within defined guidelines and framework, responsible for gathering information/evidence to resolve post-closing data and document deficiencies. Ensures required documents are cured in a timely manner and in accordance with Bank, Investor and Regulatory guidelines. Communicates frequently with members and third parties to provide process status." This is responsibilities. - Then "Work Schedule & Location Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PMWork Environment: We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week.Location: This position is based in San Antonio, TX." This includes schedule and location. We need a Schedule section if posting actually states schedule. It does: Monday-Friday 7am-6pm. Also location maybe not a heading; we could include location in About the role or maybe not needed. The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. So we can include Schedule section with that info. Also maybe a Location could be part of About the role or not needed. We'll not create a separate Location heading unless required; not in list. - Then "What You'll Do" bullet list: uses established procedures..., collaborates..., adheres..., follow up..., serves as point..., ensures risks... This is responsibilities as well. Could combine with earlier responsibilities. - Then "What You Have": High School Diploma or GED, 2 years of experience in real estate lending within a financial services organization. That's qualifications/requirements. - Then "What Sets You Apart": list of skills: strong research, written communication, verbal communication, proven ability to independently investigate, ability to clearly communicate errors..., demonstrated self-starter mindset..., strong attention to detail..., knowledge of VA and Conventional mortgage loan transactions, understanding of FHA guidelines..., knowledge of applicable Real Estate laws and regulations, proficient with Microsoft Office programs. That's skills. - Then "Compensation Range": salary range $43,680.00 - $67,840.00. That's Pay section. - Then "Additional Information": includes visa sponsorship note, compensation process, benefits description. Benefits: At USAA our employees enjoy best-in-class benefits... list: comprehensive medical, dental and vision plans, 401(k), pension, life insurance, parental benefits, adoption assistance, paid time off program with paid holidays plus 16 paid volunteer hours, and various wellness programs. Additionally, career path planning and continuing education. That's Benefits section. We should remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, application instructions, etc. Also remove "Compensation: USAA has an effective process..." maybe that's part of compensation but it's generic; we can keep if it's substantive? It says "Compensation: USAA has an effective process for assessing market data..." That's generic but still about compensation. Might be okay but we could keep only the salary range. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep that paragraph as part of Compensation section? It's not filler; it's about compensation process. Could be included. But we must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state salary range, schedule, benefits. So we include those. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not needed. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Thus produce something like:

We should ensure no duplicate content. The "What You'll Do" responsibilities we already covered. The "What You Have" we made Requirements. The "What Sets You Apart" we made Skills. We omitted the "Additional Information" about visa sponsorship etc. That's boilerplate? It's about visa sponsorship not to apply if need immigration support. That's not a section heading; we could include as a note maybe but it's not in allowed headings. Could be omitted as it's not a section; but we might include as a paragraph under Additional Information? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The visa sponsorship note is not exactly boilerplate but could be considered a legal restriction; but it's specific to the role. However it's not a standard heading; we could include as a paragraph under maybe "Additional Information" but we don't have a heading for that. The instruction says use headings only for those sections; we could still include a

without heading. It says output only HTML fragment; we can include paragraphs not under headings. However they said "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". So we can have headings only for those sections; we can also have other paragraphs not under headings? The examples only show headings; but it's not prohibited. Safer to keep everything under headings; we could add an "Additional Information" heading but not in the list; but they gave examples not exhaustive. Might be okay to add a heading like "Additional Information". However they said "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The "e.g." suggests those are examples, not exclusive. So we could add Additional Information. But the visa sponsorship note is specific; we could include it under Additional Information as a

. However the instruction also says "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." The visa sponsorship note is not exactly boilerplate but it's a legal restriction; might be considered legal. Safer to omit it? It's substantive info about eligibility. But it's not a standard heading; we could incorporate into About the role or Requirements? Not really. Could add a short paragraph under Requirements? Not ideal. Given the instruction to preserve ALL substantive information, we should keep it. Let's add an

Additional Information

with that note. Also there is a line: "Compensation: USAA has an effective process..." we already included under Pay. Also there is a line: "The above description reflects the details considered necessary to describe the principal functions of the job and should not be construed as a detailed description of all the work requirements that may be performed in the job." That's boilerplate; we can drop. Also "Applications for this position are accepted on an ongoing basis, this posting will remain open until the position is filled. Thus, interested candidates are encouraged to apply the same day they view this posting." That's application instructions; drop. Also "USAA is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." drop. Thus final HTML includes headings: About the role, Responsibilities
