Post Anesthesia Care Unit - RN - (PT)

About the role

The Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Staff Nurse provides total nursing care for postoperative patients, utilizing the nursing process according to established hospital standards of care, policies, and procedures.

Schedule

• Part-time: (2) 8-hour shifts
• Evening shift: 14:30–23:00
• Rotating call required

Responsibilities

• Deliver postoperative nursing care to patients in the PACU under the direction of the PACU/SDS Manager.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license for the State of Idaho
• ACLS and PALS certification required within 6 months of hire
• One year of nursing experience preferred
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
