Possible Behavior Educational Assistant

Qualifications

• Hold an associate’s degree or higher; OR have an equivalent of two years of college coursework totaling 48 hours at an accredited institution; OR pass the Education Testing Service (ETS) Para‑Pro Assessment
• Working computer knowledge
• Multi‑task oriented, firm, team player

Responsibilities

• Work with small groups of students to reinforce skills, answer questions, and provide constructive academic feedback
• Serve as a positive role model for young children
• Maintain excellent attendance
• Follow oral and written instructions
• Establish effective schedule and work routines
• Work under the direction of a certified teacher and complete assigned work‑related duties
