About the role

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and build fun, welcoming connections.
• Create special moments for guests from arrival to departure.
• Handle changes and challenges in busy harbors under all weather conditions.
• Ensure smooth and safe boat maneuvers following the Captain's orders.
• Deliver a safety speech before leaving the harbor and ensure all luggage is stored safely.
• Monitor guests and surroundings, ensuring everyone is safe and happy.
• Serve food and drinks and assist in the galley with preparations.
• Make the yacht spotlessly clean and conduct safety checks daily before and after trips.
• Proudly represent the company, maintaining a positive attitude and professionalism.

Requirements

• Flexible with the schedule, including rotating daytime shifts.
• Fully conversational in English is necessary.
• Willing to obtain STCW Basic Safety and STCW Medical certifications before the summer season.
• Someone who is eager to learn and handle a combination of physical and mental tasks in the warm Mediterranean climate.
• STCW Master of Commercial Yachting (Belgian endorsement).
• STCW Basic Safety.
• STCW Medical / ENG 1.
• Fluent English.
• Seasickness proof.
