Portrait Photographer - Fine Art Portrait Studio

About the Role

We're looking for a confident, experienced portrait photographer who takes pride in their craft and thrives in a high-standard studio environment. Our photographers lead an emotional, luxury portrait experience from start to finish, creating heirloom artwork that families display in their homes for generations.

Responsibilities

• Lead portrait sessions independently for families, children, and pets
• Direct clients with confidence and create a relaxed, polished experience
• Execute full shot lists while maintaining Park Hill lighting, posing, and detail standards
• Manage session details including wardrobe, hair, glasses, and pet handling
• Complete post-session workflow accurately and efficiently
• Work with an upbeat, committed studio team that loves celebrating success

Requirements

• 2+ years professional portrait photography experience
• Strong studio lighting and posing skills
• Experience directing clients confidently during sessions
• Polished appearance - dress code required for a luxury environment
• Professional communication and a positive, upbeat presence
• Open availability (we are also open weekends/evenings)
• Ability to remain active throughout sessions and lift 50+ lbs
