Portfolio Program Manager

Job Description

Magnit Direct Sourcing on behalf of Toyota is hiring a Portfolio Program Manager for a 12 month contract in Plano, Texas.

Qualifications/ What you bring (Must Haves)

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, analytics, economics, engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in a project management office, program management, portfolio operations, or strategy within a large enterprise environment
• Strong MS Office suite experience
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency (Power Query, PivotTables, and Power Pivot), with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence across teams, and drive accountability in a matrixed organization
• Strong financial acumen, including experience with forecasting, spend tracking, variance management, and executive reporting
• Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities

Added bonus if you have (Preferred)

• MBA or advanced degree
• Experience supporting executive leadership in a chief of staff–type capacity and creating reporting cadences such as executive updates, dashboards, and initiative scorecards
• SQL skills and comfort working with large, complex datasets
• Power BI and Jira

Qualification/Licenses

• Work Authorization: Green Card, US Citizen
• Travel Required: No travel required
• Shift timings: 9 AM to 5 PM
