Portfolio Manager III - NextGear Capital

Responsibilities

• Optimize client use of credit lines by serving as a floor plan expert
• Engage regularly with clients to support performance goals and drive revenue
• Educate clients on compliance requirements and account best practices
• Analyze client financial data to assess performance and manage risk
• Identify growth opportunities using company data and tools
• Collaborate with Risk and Recovery teams on pre-default and post-default strategies
• Conduct physical inspections and audits to support quality control

Qualifications

• BA/BS with 4+ years of experience in finance, client-facing roles, B2B, account management, or collections
• A Master's degree with 2+ years of experience may be considered, or 8 years of equivalent experience
• Experience in the automotive or floorplan industry preferred
• Strong financial knowledge and acumen required
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Salesforce
• Ability to read and analyze financial documents such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Pay

$107,200 – $160,800 annually

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
