About the role
The Multi-Site Community Manager/Portfolio Manager oversees all operational aspects of an assigned residential community, including financial performance, resident satisfaction, staff supervision, and vendor coordination. They report to the Regional Operations Manager and supervise all on-site staff.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed the annual budget regarding NOI.
- Provide leadership, hiring, training, evaluating, and supervising all on-site associates.
- Lead all on-site operations functions.
- Promote and uphold all company policies.
Qualifications
- General knowledge of all aspects of Property Management.
- At least 4 years of property management experience as a community manager.
- Ability to learn and use various types of computer software programs including but not limited to: Yardi, Microsoft Outlook, Blue Moon, credit screening software, revenue management system, excel and word.
- High School Diploma.
