Portfolio Compliance Analyst
An investment management organization is seeking an experienced Portfolio Compliance Analyst to support its portfolio compliance function during a period of significant organizational transition.
About the role
This is an opportunity to work closely with a team responsible for compliance oversight across registered mutual funds and private funds, including new product launches, daily compliance testing, regulatory implementation, and fund board reporting.
The work will include analyzing investment guidelines and creating corresponding compliance rules, supporting fund launches, updating and troubleshooting compliance rules, monitoring post-trade activity, supporting regulatory filings and testing, and investigating and remediating compliance issues.

Requirements
- At least five years of portfolio compliance experience
- Strong knowledge of the Investment Company Act of 1940
- Experience with sub-advised mutual funds, fund-of-funds, or multi-advised fund structures (preferred)
Schedule
- Project starts ASAP and runs through December 31, 2026, with potential for renewal
- Remote work supporting ET hours
- 30–40 hours per week
Pay
Hourly rate between $75 and $85, based on qualifications, skillset, relevant experience, client needs, and project requirements.
