Portfolio Community Association Manager

About the role

As a Community Association Manager, you'll oversee a portfolio of approximately 10-12 homeowner associations while serving as the primary advisor and relationship manager to each Board of Directors. You'll coordinate day-to-day operations, guide Boards through key decisions, oversee vendors and projects, review financials, and partner with RowCal's specialized support teams to ensure every community operates efficiently and receives exceptional service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, taking ownership, solving problems, and keeping multiple priorities moving forward in a structured environment while remaining flexible and open to learning RowCal's unique approach to community management. Success in this role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and confident making decisions while maintaining strong follow-through and exceptional client service.
