Randstad Digital (RD) is seeking a Portfolio Client Partner to lead a high-performing sales team supporting a large portfolio of accounts within a specific industry vertical. This role involves overseeing the entire sales cycle, from pipeline development to closing, and advising clients on digital transformation solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve goals for pipeline, acquisition, revenue, partnerships, brand awareness, leads, content creation, sales support, net retention, and customer engagement.
  • Use insights to influence Randstad Digital’s strategy and align all organizational functions to meet commercial objectives.
  • Manage client relationships and identify global partnering opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, growth strategy, and finance teams to create and implement strategies.
  • Drive Randstad Digital/Industry platform strategy to enhance customer value.
  • Maintain sales processes for account management pods to achieve specific objectives.
  • Ensure business segment profitability and growth through temporary and solutions engagements.
  • Communicate Randstad Digital's value proposition and market differentiators effectively.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and ownership to expand wallet share in alignment with RD’s vision.
  • Develop partnerships with key stakeholders to accelerate RD’s growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and delivery teams to align industry sales agenda and pipeline.
  • Support deployment of long-term strategic objectives for business growth and diversification.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing role in a consulting firm or an account/engagement management role in the IT professional services offshore/outsourcing industry.
  • Experience managing client P&L greater than $10M, including reporting and metric assessments.
  • Proven success in business solution development and managing portfolios ranging from sales to new sales and programs.
  • Flexibility to work among diverse corporate environments, industries, and technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Confidence and ability to plan ahead and stay the course.
  • Exceptional client management skills and financial acumen, with an understanding of revenue and profitability drivers.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics.
  • Proven ability to work in a matrix enterprise structure.

Schedule

Randstad Digital operates in a hybrid work model in areas where we have offices. This role is not fully remote, even in areas without offices at the time of hire. Compliance with our hybrid work policy and guidelines is expected.
